Our Story

For the love of People, Dogs, Pizza & Craft Beer This dream was started with our first location Oly Taproom, established in the heart of downtown Olympia in 2014. Oly Taproom features a variety of over 500 beers and ciders in package, complete with 14 taps, and a small but mighty pizza kitchen. After 7yrs of serving downtown Oly, we decided to broaden our footprint, adding a family friendly location in the vibrant Briggs Village neighborhood. Briggs TapHouse is a full-service pizza restaurant with 18 taps dedicated to local craft beer, modest wine offerings, and mixed cocktails made with local spirits and fresh ingredients. We are passionate about both the communities we service and look forward to serving you for many years to come. It's often said a person needs three places to thrive. One to live, one to work, and one to gather. Make us your third place!
